  • Founder & CEO

    Uwem Ward is a Recovery & Resurgence Coach who guides women through Spirit-Led Deconstruction and is affectionately known as The #HolyHotHead for a reason. She is the author and visionary behind “Unapologetically WorthyAF”, a journaling program designed to promote fiery self-love within Christian women who have been led to doubt their worth. Coach Uwem is a writer, a heartfelt public speaker, a domestic abuse survivor advocate, and a trained leader for Celebrate Recovery and the California Black Women's Health Project. With over 25 years of experience in church ministry, she is now a new church planter within PASSION 2 PLANT’s network of culturally aware and socially responsible church planters and has recently launched a microchurch called WE ARE THE REFUGE in Sacramento, CA. Besides all that she does in the community, Coach Uwem is also a formerly homeschooling mother of 4 and married to her high school sweetheart!

    Coach Uwem found her calling in her role the founder and CEO of ALL MADE WELL Recovery Programs —AMW— based in Sacramento, CA.

    ALL MADE WELL provides the church and its leaders with EMOTIONAL x SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT initiatives to disrupt & reimagine church culture. AMW offers private and group coaching, as well as churchwide programs that specialize in betrayal trauma recovery from childhood experiences, domestic abuse, and sex addiction as well as racial and spiritual trauma rooted in hierarchy. The company mission is to prepare spiritual influencers for impact through SELF-AWARENESS, SPIRITUAL SOBRIETY x PURPOSEFUL CHRISTLIKE DISRUPTION.

  • Lead AMW Coach for men & CFO

    Keith Ward is the Lead AMW coach for men as well as the CFO for All Made Well Recovery Programs. By day, he works as a strategic Plant Manager and at night he studies Hebrew and Biblical etymology and hermeneutics…word origin and scriptural interpretation in context… while either playing with their kids or authoring his first book.

    He is a thoughtful speaker and advocate for men who desire freedom from misogynistic thinking, so they can be healthy partners and co-heirs with the women in their lives. He trains men to heal their traumas, triggers, and addictions so they can step into the collective calling that men and women share in reflecting God’s image to the world.

  • To share their journey through healing from porn addiction, betrayal trauma, church hurt, and misogyny to becoming the purpose-driven duo who leads AMW and a future church plant rooted in authentic healing…because we believe that every story is meant to change the world.
