When we discussed the Heal It portion of the program and did a guided inventory of those in our lives who have impacted our journey to recovery. That has been the most challenging and rewarding aspect because it forces you to face the things that have hurt you, but work to find the ways God showed up for you in spite of the situation and how He has and can turn what was meant to tear you down into something that builds you up!
